Karachi: One killed in firing incident

A man was shot dead in in Kharadar area while police arrested 18 suspects in targeted operation.


KARACHI (Dunya News) – Some unidentified persons opened fire in Kharadar area and shot dead a man. The identity of the deceased is not yet known.

Meanwhile, police on a tip-off launched a targeted operation in Baldia Town and arrested 18 suspects. Police also recovered pressure cooker bomb, four ball bearing bombs and eight pistols from their possession.

According to police some of the arrested suspects were members of banned organizations. The arrested persons were shifted to some undisclosed location for further investigation.
