Think twice before messing with Huma Qureshi now

Looks like even Huma Qureshi has joined the group of Bollywood actors who prefer to do their own stunts

For her upcoming film with Nikhil Advani where she plays a RAW agent, Huma had to follow some tough exercise regimes to perfect her act. And to help her Nikhil flew in Hollywood stunt directors who have worked in blockbusters like Batman Begins, Lara Croft and Inception.

A source says, `Huma has some high-octane scenes in her next. Thomas Struthers and John Street have worked in some very popular films abroad. They had specially come to India to train her for a month in combat and hand-to-hand training. `


Says Nikhil, `It was imperative to familiarise Huma with the nuances of the training of a RAW agent to bring out a sense of authenticity to her character. `

While Huma has been part of action films like Gangs of Wasseypur, this is the first time that she will be performing stunts herself. Says Huma, `The extensive action training I received brought out the demeanour of a RAW agent every time I held a gun on the sets. `
