SC to resume hearing of treason petitions against Musharraf

A three-member SC bench will resume hearing of treason petitions against Pervez Musharraf today.


ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The three-member bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Justice Jawwad S Khawaja, will today (Monday) resume hearing of petitions seeking initiation of a high treason case against former president Pervez Musharraf.

Former President’s third lawyer, Ahmad Raza Qasuri will start his argument in the case today.

During previous hearings of the case the counsel of former president had also filed an application for constitution of larger bench to hear the case.
