Ex-KP sports minister gets bail in fake degree case

PHC on Monday accepted the bail plea of former KhybeR-Pakhtunkhwa sports minister Syed Aqil Shah.


PESHAWAR (Dunya News) -Peshawar High Court on Monday accepted bail pleas of three former MPs in fake degree cases.

A local session court had convicted Syed Aqil Shah for possessing fake degree and sentenced him one year jail and Rs3000 fine.

Meanwhile, the Peshawar High Court also accepted bail pleas of PPP candidate from Swabi Sardar Ali and Javed Tarkai of Swabi Qaumi Mahaz who were also convicted in fake degree cases.
