Hyderabad: MQM's leader Fakhrul Islam gunned down

The MQM’s worker was shot dead near Halanaka when he was going for an election campaign.


HYDERABAD (Dunya News) – The Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s candidate for Sindh assembly’s constituency PS-47 has been gunned down on Thursday.


Unknown gunmen opened firing on MQM’s leader when he was leaving his office near Halanaka in Hyderabad.

According to police, the attackers fled from the scene after killing the leader while the body has been shifted to hospital. Meanwhile, a large number of party workers have reached the hospital.
